Cascades - The Yard

Ground up construction of a 3500 sf amenities building for a Bellevue business park. Amenities include a cafe, soft seating and fire place, conference room, gym, and restrooms with showers. My responsibility was the interior scope, including furniture selection, and health department permitting. I designed and detailed a custom fire place and banquette. This project took over two years from initial conception through construction and I was involved throughout the whole duration.
