Initial build out of the top two floors of a Seattle high-rise - approximately 37,000 sf, including an interstitial staircase. Assurance was moving from a smaller office to this new space with show-stopping views. They wanted an an open, interactive office, with distinct spaces for each team. The space includes executive offices, work stations, a variety of meeting/collaboration areas, a large break area with an adjoining all-hands space, a game room, a hidden speak easy, an executive lounge, and a roof top deck. I worked with another designer on the space layout, concepts, and furniture selections, and I led on finish, lighting, design documentation, and construction administration.
