2270 sf Tenant Lounge for multi-tenant building park. The property owner wanted to rebrand the building to cater to the technology companies that are on site. The intent was to invigorate the properties and give tenants a flexible space to socialize, work, and play. The lounge includes a kitchenette, multiple seating areas, a conference room, and property management offices. I worked closely with property management through several iterations as we evaluated the program and function of the space. I oversaw the project for all design phases.
